The Instanvap CBA hot water boiler is a horizontal fire-tube boiler with a centered internal furnace and high thermal performance.
Combustion takes place entirely inside the furnace, which is fully surrounded and cooled by water. The gases return through the same furnace and then pass through the tube bundle, maximizing heat recovery before being discharged through the chimney.
At the front of the boiler there is an access door to the smoke tubes and furnace, secured with bolts. Once removed, the cover swings open on hinges, allowing inspection and cleaning operations to be performed easily and quickly.
For commissioning, only the connection of water and fuel piping and electrical wiring to the control panel is required.

La caldera es de cámara húmeda, completamente rodeada y refrigerada de agua, sin necesidad de refractario en su cara posterior, con el consiguiente aumento de rendimiento, así como ahorro económico y de mantenimiento.
En la parte anterior de la caldera tenemos la puerta de acceso a los tubos de humos al hogar, estando sujeta por tornillos, una vez quitados estos gira la tapa gracias a las bisagras, lo que hacen que la inspección y la limpieza sea un trabajo sencillo y de rápida realización.
La caldera de agua caliente INSTANVAP “CBA” es de construcción robusta y compacta, se suministra como un conjunto “monobloc” montada sobre una sólida bancada, lista para su rápido montaje y puesta en servicio.
Para su puesta en servicio, solamente es necesario conectarle las tuberías de agua, combustible y realizar el cableado eléctrico hasta el cuadro de maniobra.
