The Instanvap GVL-H steam boiler is a horizontal fire-tube boiler with a centered internal furnace and a wet combustion chamber fully cooled by water, eliminating the need for refractory materials. Its three-pass gas design ensures maximum thermal performance.
Combustion occurs entirely inside the furnace, which is completely surrounded and cooled by water. The resulting flue gases pass through the tubes, reversing their circulation direction in the front and rear chambers to extract maximum heat before being released through the chimney.
The boiler includes an inspection opening and gas register at the rear of the return chamber, allowing easy access to the interior of the combustion chamber.
At the front and rear of the boiler there are access doors to the smoke tubes, secured with bolts designed to prevent seizure due to temperature. Once removed, the covers are hinged, allowing inspection and cleaning to be carried out easily and quickly.
A manhole at the top of the boiler and inspection ports at both the front and rear allow maintenance and cleaning operations to be carried out on the water side of the boiler.
The Instanvap GVL-H steam boiler is supplied as a monoblock unit mounted on a solid base, ready for rapid installation and commissioning.
