Fire-Tube Steam Boiler CBC

The Instanvap CBC steam boiler is a horizontal fire-tube boiler with a centered internal furnace and high thermal efficiency.

Combustion takes place entirely inside the furnace, fully surrounded and cooled by water. The resulting gases return through the same furnace and then pass through the tube bundle, maximizing heat recovery before being discharged through the chimney.

At the front of the boiler there is an access door to the smoke tubes and furnace, secured with bolts. Once removed, the cover swings open on hinges, allowing inspection and cleaning to be carried out quickly and easily.

For commissioning, only the connection of water and fuel piping and electrical wiring to the control panel is required.
