The CRPA hot water or superheated water recovery boiler is a fire-tube boiler. Depending on its configuration and design, it is adapted to the characteristics of the flue gases used to produce hot water or superheated water.
The boiler has a horizontal configuration and can be fitted with a gas/water economizer and a gas/air preheater.
BMT Boilers has extensive experience in the design, manufacture and assembly of boilers for heat recovery installations. When a unit is requested, the most suitable model is studied and calculated, taking into account all the parameters indicated by the client, so that the equipment is optimal and efficient, considering whether the source is an engine, turbine or solid fuel combustion chamber, as well as the type of fuel, the available installation space, etc.
Depending on the plant’s needs, the boiler can have the following configurations:
• Simple (recovery only)
• Multiple flue gas inlet (separated gas side and common water side)
• Mixed (recovery + burner)
