The Instanvap CL-H hot water and superheated water boiler is a horizontal fire-tube boiler with a centered internal furnace and a wet combustion chamber completely cooled by water, eliminating the need for refractory materials and achieving maximum thermal performance.
Combustion occurs inside the furnace, which is fully surrounded and cooled by water. Flue gases pass through the tubes and reverse their direction in the front and rear chambers, allowing maximum heat recovery before exiting through the chimney.
The boiler includes an inspection opening and gas register at the rear of the return chamber for easy access to the combustion chamber.
Access doors to the smoke tubes are located at the front and rear of the boiler and are secured with bolts designed to prevent blockage due to temperature. Once removed, the covers swing open on hinges, allowing inspection and cleaning operations to be performed easily and quickly.
A manhole at the top of the boiler and inspection ports at the front and rear allow cleaning and maintenance of the water side.
The Instanvap CL-H boiler is supplied as a monoblock unit mounted on a solid base, ready for rapid installation and commissioning.
